FAQ
What would you like to know?
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art focused on grappling, positional control, submissions, and ground fighting. The goal is to use technique, leverage, and strategy instead of relying only on strength. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grew through the Gracie family, with an emphasis on ground fighting and submissions. Later, Eddie Bravo — a student of Jean Jacques Machado — founded 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu as a No-Gi focused system. 10th Planet is known for its creative, practical, and modern approach to grappling, MMA, and self-defense.
